@virginmedia Yes, I’ve tried multiple times

[KaeElle @KaeElle1]

@virginmedia please advise best way to get in touch- can’t log in, get through on phone and no one replied to 2 “complaints”. Been trying since Thursday. Trying to pay an outstanding payment.

[KaeElle @KaeElle1]

@virginmedia This is what is coming up. When I try to log in, create a new account and when I try to change password

[KaeElle @KaeElle1]

@virginmedia I haven’t, I’ve not been able to log on since I got the service in February.

[KaeElle @KaeElle1]

@virginmedia It’s media for internet, I managed to get to pay, but my direct debit seems to have been stopped. When I checked my bill it was for £70 which is impossible as I made the payments. I still can’t log in to my account.

[KaeElle @KaeElle1]

@virginmedia I have be grossly overcharged on my first payment (more than 3x). My email address is not recognised to log in and I have not received a bill. Tried to phone. Your forums will not allow me to ask a question. Help.

Oh man:

Singing Blink-182's "All the Small Things" today would be like someone in 1999 singing a song from 1979.
