Die "schonende traditionelle Langzeitröstung" ist kein Qualitätsmerkmal sondern eine angewöhnte Formulierung der Kaffeebranche aus der Vergangenheit. Sie gehört in die Welt der Floskeln genauso wie das "Veredeln", "100% Arabica", "magenschonend oder säurearm".
