@UPS I was supposed to receive a delivery yesterday but the status says that the Recipient was not available to receive the package. I do not have to be home for delivery according to the website (though I was home all day) and my outside cameras did not detect a truck outside.

The driver also stated that sometimes they cannot see the entire order and that they must depend on the integrity of the store. Idk who to believe but it doesn’t change the fact that I did not receive my whole order.

@SUBWAY Since no one at the store is answering the phone, I am making my complaint here. I made a doordash order today for 3 items and was only given 2. I contacted the driver and was told that subway only gave him the 2 items and assured him that that’s all that was in the order
