My friend has already visited the Whitefield branch twice, but the staff there keeps on delaying returning the package, saying they don't have the correct person to "find" the package in the warehouse. Already has been 3 weeks.

All controversial figures find it easier to talk to YouTube podcasters instead of journalists. They would never grant an interview to a mainstream journo for a news channel. For a simple reason:

YouTuber is focused on views. For him the person agreeing to do it is 90% win already. His job is to habilitate, to humanise. But a journalist’s job is to kill. A YouTuber would never cross question or make the celeb uncomfortable. But a journalist wins if the guest takes off the microphone and leaves the interview.

It is appalling to see such service from such an esteemed and trustworthy firm. The sole reason by which this company justifies the high risk surcharges in each booking.

As of 3rd June 2025, my friend still hasn't received the package. I did get the address of the Whitefield branch on my own.
And will be requesting my friend to go pick up the package taking time out of his own busy schedule all thanks to their "breathtaking" customer service.
