L'auteur du crime qui avait pris la fuite après son crime, a été interpellé par les forces de l'ordre et a été présenté à la presse ce 03 septembre 2026.

Gloria Steinem never gave up the good fight. Despite publishing a dozen books and dedicating decades of her life to feminist advocacy, by the time she reached the age of 92, the feminist icon still feared leaving the Earth mid-battle. “I don’t want to die saying but—” Steinem told in an interview with Vanity Fair earlier this year. “We have the idea that our lives are planned in order to be worthwhile. And that may be true in some cases,” she says, “but I think our ability to respond to and learn from the unexpected is really much more likely to be helpful.”

🛑JUSTICE - TRIBUNAL MILITAIRE DE YAOUNDÉ : LE DOCTEUR OLIVE NGOBO ELOK DÉPOSE UNE PLAINTE PÉNALE CONTRE LE VICE-AMIRAL JOSEPH FOUDA POUR DES FAITS DE TORTURES, CORRUPTION ET HAUTE TRAHISON.

Le parquet militaire du Tribunal Militaire de Yaoundé a été officiellement saisi, en date du 31 août 2024, d'une plainte pénale d'une portée juridique exceptionnelle. La dénonciation est introduite par le Docteur Olive NGOBO ELOK, experte en relations internationales et ancienne cadre d'appui au Ministère de la Défense ainsi qu'à la Présidence de la République. La procédure vise directement le Vice-Amiral Joseph FOUDA, Conseiller Spécial du Président de la République et officier supérieur de la Marine Nationale. Sur le plan matériel et qualitatif, la saisine formalise un ensemble de griefs particulièrement lourds. Les incriminations visées au bordereau de dépôt font état d'escroquerie aggravée, de manœuvres frauduleuses, de corruption, ainsi que de complicité d'enlèvement, de séquestration illégale et de tortures ayant entraîné l'interruption involontaire de grossesse de la plaignante. S'y ajoutent des qualifications d'atteinte à la Sûreté de l'État, d'atteinte au secret de la Défense Nationale, d'actes de Haute trahison, de terrorisme et de blanchiment de capitaux, complétées par l'accusation d'instrumentalisation des institutions judiciaires et de l'autorité présidentielle.

Sur le déroulement des faits articulés dans le mémoire, la plaignante rattache la présente action au prolongement de la procédure dite « Fouda / Mbapou et consorts ». L'origine du litige remonterait aux fonctions exercées par la partie civile au sein du Cabinet du Ministre de la Défense, marquées par des dénonciations de harcèlement sexuel en 2017 et une tentative de viol alléguée au 23 janvier 2018. Selon les moyens développés, ces événements auraient produit des procédures d'incrimination secondaires contre la plaignante, l'imputant à tort dans des flux de trafic d'armes au sein même des locaux ministériels entre 2019 et 2020. L'instruction de l'affaire repose sur la production d'un ensemble de pièces versées au dossier d'accusation, comprenant des éléments documentaires, des enregistrements et des dépositions de témoins. Il appartient désormais au Commissaire du Gouvernement près le Tribunal Militaire de Yaoundé d'apprécier l'opportunité des poursuites, d'ordonner les actes d'information judiciaire nécessaires et de déterminer les qualifications pénales retenues à l'encontre du haut dignitaire militaire.
