CS back on to advise Escalation team doesn't want to talk, nothing would change. Try to change flts, advised 9pm has the seat... on hold again... and CS hangs up! We give up, and just check in to regular seat even tho payed for #extraspace (cont'd)
@AmazonHelp Yeah… I sent the return back in October… the customer service agent confirmed receipt 10/26/22… it is well past 2 weeks… then I was told 11/23/22… and I’m still waiting 😡
@IKEAUSA WORST experience - missing post/bracket in delivery - Customer Svc says they can only issue a refund - That doesn’t get me the post I need AND I have to pay another $50 for delivery?! Beyond PISSED!

Waited 4 months for a sofa from #WestElm a #WilliamsSonoma company to be delivered to learn the #sleeper#sectional doesn’t work properly, and takes 2 people to pull-out… Of course, #CustomerService has not responded, at all. Was it not inspected before being delivered? 😡
Pandemic shopping from #Jcrew ok #JcrewFactory it gets shipped to my old address, tho I updated billing and shipping address. Can’t reroute, go to #UPS pay to upgrade shipping... still can’t reroute. Whoever gets my clothes, enjoy. At least I supported the economy, and UPS? 😒
