Web3 isn’t a job market anymore; it’s a reality show where everyone’s chasing validation disguised as opportunities.

You ever notice how every week in Web3 feels like audition season? 😂

Everyone’s out here trying to prove themselves to some invisible panel of judges dropping threads, tagging “big names,” replying under random posts, hoping someone somewhere will notice them.
It’s almost like we’re all contestants on “Who Wants to Get a Gig This Week?”

And the script never changes;
“60 reply guys needed,”
"ambassador gigs available tag your grandma"
“If interested, tag 95 friends,”
“Quote this with your MetaMask balance and your father’s first girlfriend’s maiden name.”

The whole TL turns into chaos, people tagging everyone they know just to get a chance at a “job” that most times doesn’t even exist.

Here’s the harsh truth: most of these so-called “big names” don’t actually have real jobs to offer. They just need the engagement, the views, likes, and replies and we’re the ones feeding it to them.

Honestly, I could grab an old photo from last year when I was job-hunting, post “I need 50 shillers ASAP,” and boom 🌋 thousands of views in a few hours. But that’s not real growth, that’s manipulation dressed up as opportunity.

Most jobs don’t get distributed on the TL anyway. They stay in carbals, tight-knit circles, private groups, and friend networks. The timeline is just the performance.

So instead of dancing for clout, start building your own lane:

✅ Join alpha groups.
✅ Grow your brand and visibility organically.
✅ Connect with real people who share genuine opportunities.
✅ Keep improving your craft.
✅ And if nothing clicks? Well… beg gracefully 😩😂 because money must be made one way or another.

But for real, stop giving out your full family history and tagging your entire contact list just to be noticed. Web3 rewards visibility, consistency, and connection, not blind engagement or desperation.

This space is wild, but you don’t have to lose yourself in the noise.
If this hits even one person, even if that person’s me, then it’s worth it.
