This Sunday I’m running the #LondonMarathon for the incredible #charity@fightforsightUK
Please help the miles matter - donate via my #JustGiving
It’s been a mad journey - but 2 hip surgeries, 2 years of physio & 1 global pandemic later; I got this!

Why are there no late night public bathroom facilities anywhere such as the pop ups in Soho? Why are the poor street cleaners not given appropriate tools to remove it. Why should they even have to? It’s foul.
@lambeth_council can we do something about the human faeces all over the place please. This week alone I’ve seen it on Acre Lane, Brighton Terrace, Trinity Gardens and behind the Civic Centre. I appreciate this is part of a bigger problem, but it sits there for days if not weeks.
@StPeterVillage Hi, we’re looking to hire a quiz host in Chalfont St Peter to run a Tuesday night quiz - questions provided, paid job, competitive rates.
Do you know anyone who might fit the bill or have any portals on which we can advertise to the local community?
I was meant to be running the #LondonMarathon today, but due to a severe injury, instead, I had hip surgery two weeks ago.
That being so, no marathon for me today, BUT, I still plan to complete the London Marathon in 2023 after a long and safe recovery and retraining period! 1/4

Thank you all!
Happy Sunday xx
(Please enjoy the dope picture of me tripping my balls on morphine last week!)
Pictures: after run number one back in 2019, at the launch of #ProjectFearless with @Nike and two hours post op on 17/09/2021!

So, please, make the mad pain and the long, difficult recovery worth it - #donate, donate, donate! As much or as little as you can!
It means so much to see so many of you supporting the incredible and important work that I took this challenge on to support! 3/4
This is Muffin. He barely missed pawlifying for this year’s Olympic Games, but he practices daily for Paris in 2024. 14/10 a literal Portuguese water dog
