🙏THANKS to @UNCERF funding, #UNHCR constructed wards and provided medical equipment to AbuJubayhah Hospital, South Kordofan🇸🇩. The support was part of the efforts to strengthen public hospitals absorption capacity in providing healthcare to #refugees, displaced & host community.

@UNHCRinSudan together with @SC_inSudan distributed assistive devices♿️ to #PWDs from the #IDP community in El Obeid, North Kordofan🇸🇩. 40 PWDS received wheelchairs👨‍🦽, walking sticks👩‍🦯 and hand-bikes which will help them in their daily movements.

@UNHCRinSudan & @WorldVisionSud1 conducted 3-day training to 25 health personne‍‍l👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️ from Ministry of Health⚕️ in South Kordofan State🇸🇩. The training focused on clinical management of rape survivors, gender-based violence and psychosocial support to enhance response mechanism.

In South Kordofan🇸🇩, @UNHCRinSudan with @SC_inSudan distributed ATM cards💳to IDPs and IDP returnees in Talawdi locality. The beneficiaries will soon receive cash for shelter🏠 construction. A total of 872 vulnerable families will receive cash assistance in 2021.

@UNHCRinSudan concluded a 3-day protection training for staff of the Commissioner for Refugees in El Fula, West Kordofan. The training focused on protection inclusion and monitoring, #refugee response and a refresher session on prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse. #PSEA
