When you get your luggage stolen and they only give you half the amount of money that’s in your luggage. Even American Airlines employees rolled their eyes when I told them my situation. American Airlines doesn’t have the money to help their customers?! Hmmmmm.

Apparently when you get your bag stolen when flying with American they ONLY refund you if they find your bag. If they don’t find your bag then they tell you to call your insurance company to file a claim. #dontflyamerican #americanair
