I purposely let a personal deadline slip becuase I knew the project would be better in the end because of it. For the moment, I've been working normal human hours and not typical bakers hours. Things are feeling pretty damn good.

Yesterday afternoon I sat down by myself and watched a movie. No phone, no crafts, no chores. I just watched Do Revenge because I heard it was a bit like Jawbreaker, which I really enjoyed back in the day. I haven't done something like that in easily 20 years.

I've also been getting better at saying no to favours that I know won't be appreciated, thanked for or even acknowledged. I've been allowing toxic friendships to fade. It helps that a few of those people moved, others it's reinforcing boundaries.

Rather than meltdown, I decided to meditate and take in all the bad feelings and push them out into the universe on a pathway to everyone and thing that's wronged me this week. I've never felt so calm.

It has been a very strange week, as in it was all out of order. Work has been hectic and hot, my writing day was delayed, I did mental gymnastics to subvert the OCD goblins, only to find out that the postponement was pointless. The panic attack and subsequent chaos was imminent.

A year end goal of mine is to make a pizza where I've grown/made all of the ingredients. I'm currently sprouting wheat.
