i'm postin' on behalf of Misheline Mutuzo (new account: @lord_mutuzo)

since a malicious element, whom we now know, gained access to Misheline Mutuzo's account (@Misheline79), we've reached out to @x (via @premium and the help center) to regain access

previously, this used to be a smooth, seamless task, but now the process is automated by bots through atlassian, there's hardly any room for human review and urgency

the malicious element wants to exort 500k from Misheline to contribute to a dubious frundraiser, and has (much to your amusement) shared private messages between some of you

these messages include those from victims of abuse that confided in her for support and a voice for their plight

we've written to x to show how this goin' on unchecked is dangerous for Misheline, her followers, and other users of x

we've tried every textbook solution in tryin' to regain access to the account but x deliberately refuses to disable the 2FA that was enabled on the account by the malicious element

Misheline's account is a premium X account with a verified creator ID (since she was already monetized), but still x refuses to let her identify herself to confirm that she owns the account

the malicious element is tryin' to deactivate her stripe account

and at the end of the month, we presume that x will pay Misheline (or whoever will still have access to her account) creator revenue, but it'll be at the back of extortionism and privacy breaches

we've also had kindhearted people reporting this account for it to be suspended, but x, again, deliberately refuses to suspend the account and we can do the verification and access part without fearin' that there's another private message to be shared

but still we call upon everyone to massively report this account if x is not willin' to help and support one of it's users who maintains an annual subscription on the platform that is supposed to have accelerated support
