Thursday when the Module 4 report is published by the Covid Inquiry we will find out if they have listened.

We hope strong recommendations will be made, not only about the VDPS, but also about the communication of risks and wider support.

I was given no hope of survival.

VITT has taken my left leg destroyed my right leg, destroyed my right eye, caused small vessel damage in my brain and affected my bowel and bladder.

I am the first living person to be acknowledged in the UK by the UK's vdps for a covid vaccine.

As of 31 August 2025, on the balance of probabilities, 234 claims had met the criteria for a Vaccine Damage Payment. Of these, 226 medical assessment reports mention AstraZeneca. This may not have been the only COVID-19 vaccine administered.
