@IndiaHaier Very disappointed with Haier's after-sales service. My refrigerator complaint was registered on 2 June, and despite multiple calls and follow-ups, no technician has been assigned till date.

@IndiaHaier We were never provided with any complaint number. Every time we contacted customer support, we were only told that the issue had been escalated against our registered mobile number and that a technician would contact us soon.
Every time I call, I'm told the issue has been escalated, but no action is taken. Pathetic customer service. Please resolve this urgently. #Haier#CustomerService#ConsumerRights
