Because running up and down and letting kids freestyle all game doesn’t showcase IQ.

I've relied on effort, motor, and defense since signing up for basketball in 3rd grade. I still have room to grow. Effort holds space the most. I value playing with high-motor, high-IQ teammates that respect it too. It liberates your craft and skill!
