څو کاله وړاندې یو مهم شخصیت د وزیر متقي صاحب ملاقات ته ورغلی و. د غرمې وخت و، متقي صاحب خپل سکرتر ته ویلي وو چې مېلمه د وزارت د مېلمنو ځانګړې د طعام خونې ته بوځي.

په ډیپلوماټیک عرف کې “ډیمارش” عموماً هغه رسمي اقدا�� ته ویل کېږي چې یو هېواد د بل هېواد سفیر یا استازی په رسمي ډول وربولي، اعتراض، وضاحت یا پیغام ورکړي. اکثره وخت دا بهیر رسمي مکتوب، یادداشت یا ټاکلي پروتوکول لري. که د پاکستان سفیر واقعاً “ډیمارش” شوی وي، نو باید رسمي بڼه یې موجوده وي، کنه نو عادي لیدنه یا خبرې اترې د “ډیمارش” په نوم یادول مبالغه او پروپګند ده.

د بهرنیو چارو وزارت کې یې مسلکي او تجربه‌لرونکي ډیپلوماتان نه دي مقرر کړي؛
پخواني مسلکي کدرونه له دندو لرې ساتل شوي؛
د همدې له امله په ډیپلوماټیکو چارو کې تېروتنې او “رسوایي” رامنځته کېږی .

تاسو کوم مسلکي افغان ډیپلومات، رئیس، مدیر، سفیر یا د سفیر معاون په مهمو پوستونو مقرر کړی؟

عموما د بهرنیو چارو وزارت د مروجه قانون له مخې د سفیرانو، دپلوماتانو په بهرنیو ملکونو د خدمت دوره دوه دری کاله وې خو بلعکس د طالبان سفیران دایمی وې .

همدا وجه ده چې وخت ناوخت داسې اشتباهات رامنځته کېږي چې د ډیپلوماتیکې رسوایۍ سبب ګرځي. خپله هم نه پوهېږي او نورو ته هم موقع نه ورکول کیږې .

خارجه وزارت پخوا د شیکو، منظم او خوش‌لباسه مامورینو ځای و، خو اوس پکې ملا صاحبان د غرمې خوبونه کوې او د ملاقات او “ ډیمارش “ په مفهوم نه پوهیږې .

ځکه نو هر اعتراض ممکن ډیمارش (احضار) وي، خو هر ملاقات بیا احضار نه ګڼل کېږي، ځکه نو د احضار او عادي ملاقات تعیین د کوربه هېواد بهرنیو چارو وزارت پورې تړلی دی. ۵/۶

Afghans comb riverbed in search of gold dust.

In the jagged Hindu Kush in eastern Afghanistan, hundreds of men dug into the rocky bed of the Kunar River searching for a few grams of gold dust as an alternative source of income

Called FM Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi of Afghanistan this afternoon to convey condolences at the loss of lives in the earthquake that struck Balkh, Samangan and Baghlan provinces.

Indian relief material for the earthquake impacted communities is being handed over today. Further supplies of medicines to reach soon.

Discussed progress in our bilateral relationship since his visit. Welcomed the improving people-to-people contacts between India and Afghanistan.

Appreciated the exchange of views on the regional situation.

Indian earthquake assistance reaches Kabul by air.

21 tonnes of relief materials including blankets, tents, hygiene kits, water storage tanks, generators, kitchen utensils, portable water purifiers, sleeping bags, essential medicines, wheelchairs, hand sanitizers, water purification tablets, ORS solutions and medical consumables were airlifted today.

India will continue to monitor the ground situation and send more humanitarian aid over the coming days.

Spoke with Afghan Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi today. Expressed our condolences at the loss of lives in the earthquake.

Conveyed that India has delivered 1000 family tents today in Kabul. 15 tonnes of food material is also being immediately moved by Indian Mission from Kabul to Kunar. Further relief material will be sent from India starting tomorrow.

Wish early recovery of those injured. India stands by Afghanistan at this difficult time.
