@rpsins I have 2 auto insurance policies with you through @Travelers and I can ONLY get ID cards with my husband's name on them even though we are BOTH on the account. I've contacted Travelers and they sent me to you, but I've left dozens of voicemails with no response! Help!

@Travelers I have 3 policies with Travelers, my name AND my husband's name are on all of the policies. I was trying to access the car insurance ID cards in your app in order to rent a car, and they all ONLY have my husband's name on them. HELP!

@kentphotos I was standing in the Santa Rosa mall, and I didn’t feel anything, but the lamps in the store started swaying! My husband definitely felt it though, on the second story of an office building out by the airport

@_MrsScarlett Hey it worked! They were out of free shipping codes (?!) but sent me a gift card for the cost of shipping so same difference. Apparently my website form entries weren’t going through? 🤷🏻‍♀️

@wine1967 @NWSBayArea RH is "Relative Humidity." I believe Fuel is a measurement of moisture content in the vegetation, but I can't find specifics (and it's kind of useless without a scale of some kind)
