Needless to say, I am disappointed by the hurtful customer service by @SouthwestAir — they gladly put their employees up in a hotel but had zero concern for their customers as we slept on the ground of the airport.

I’ve flown with them exclusively my whole life. I’m so sad.

Small children having to sleep over night on the floor of the airport, babies without diapers bc @SouthwestAir announced our flight was canceled after everything was shutdown.

The front desk SW worker continued to be mean and resistant to any questions we had. (Part 4)

For it to be canceled at the moment we were to load our @SouthwestAir from PHX to OKC. We waited 4 hours … to be told it was canceled bc they didn’t have any pilots available.

The SW front desk lady yelled at us for asking if we would receive hotel vouchers. (Part 3)

Midday yesterday — We were redirected to a different airport bc of winds in Phoenix. We sat on the plane in Ontario for over an hour to then be taken back to PHX to try again.

We were told by @SouthwestAir for hours that our plane to OKC wouldn’t be canceled … (part two)

Super bummed about this and was encouraged to share on Twitter — for some reason @SouthwestAir is very responsive on this platform.

Last night we had the worst traveling experience we’ve ever had.
