If anybody is interested I created a community discord. 18+ only. Will be using it for channel updates, debates, and stream call-ins. Drama free, everybody is welcome to come chill

@NotKingSlye How is it every time you get mentioned in one of my videos, somehow the same channel (which doesn't even exist btw) copyright strikes my video?
Please understand that knowingly making material misrepresentations in connection with a copyright takedown notice may carry legal consequences. Among other things, 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) provides potential liability for a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing.
Keep acting up and see what happens.
Have you ever watched any of his appearances of the Whatever podcast? 🤔
A lot of these witches he debates hate him because he rebukes their debauchery, and hate his wife just for being a dutiful, loving, supporting wife to him.
All his haters just resort to hating on his wife in a desperate attempt to provoke an emotional reaction
@TeamYouTube Once again we have more false copyright strikes on my channel because you people moderate your site with AI instead of having a human moderation team. This person that struck me, I can't even find their channel or their content. It doesn't even exist.
Also this same YouTuber admits to running a scam on his fans as well. He is a fraudster who, in his most recent stream, admits to running a hurricane charity scam for Hurricane Irma back in 2018. This individual is also ban evading, and is harassing other content creators and attempting to file false copyright strikes against them. I will tag the other victims of his false copyright strikes on this thread. @Tindiil@TellTriggered@JeffTutorials
@YouTube you have a content creator on your platform filing false copyright strikes. Should really go check it out. His channel is https://t.co/FWKn24wq6o
I filed a counter claim. The email said the user has until Sept 23rd to show proof they are taking legal action.
The video in question that they struck down was a video of mostly my own commentary, layered on top of a few minutes of clips from one of their streams talking about me. From what I understand that is fair use, and should qualify as abuse of the copyright system. I mean he is openly bragging on twitter about filing false copyright strikes against people he doesn’t like.
I do watch Tucker’s show. I largely agree with a lot of his view points. I just think the fixation on Israel is a bit much. I don’t like Israel either but at some point just calling everything a Jewish conspiracy is too much. It’s the same reason why I can’t stand to watch Candace Owens anymore.
However the reverse can be said about people who are extremely pro Israel. I no longer support the Daily Wire for equal but opposite reasons.
Starting to think Candace and Tucker only exist to make “antisemites” look stupid.
One literally can’t read and the other thinks algebra is a Jewish conspiracy.
Adding my own commentary over clips of someone else’s content is not copyright infringement.
Wait but also isn’t this the same retard that just reuploads random clips of The Walking Dead without editing them? Literally just shamelessly stealing @AMC_TV’s intellectual property
@TellTriggered@JeffreyGunzz I filed a counter claim against Hagy after he struck my video. According the email I received from YouTube, he has 10 days to show evidence of him taking legal action against me, or the video will be restored.
