My solution: zero tolerance for drugs in prison. Drug criminals must undergo regular drug tests to earn release, and isolation for prison drug kingpins.

Child r*pist and killer Shane Ertmoed, who is serving a life sentence, has been granted a 60-day unescorted temporary absence from prison to take COOKING CLASSES.

On October 1, 2000, Heather Thomas was playing outside her father’s townhouse complex in Maple Ridge BC.

She told friends she was going for a short bike ride and did not return.

Ertmoed, then 24 and a construction worker who lived in the same complex, lured her into his apartment by offering to show her pictures of birds.

He sexually assaulted her.

When she resisted, he strangled her. He placed her body in a hockey bag, bought gas and a movie ticket as an alibi, hid the body, and dumped it in Alouette Lake in Golden Ears Provincial Park the next day.

He should have been woodchipped feet first..... this is absolutely f'in disgusting.
