If not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to the Consumer Forum and tag top management

@HeroMotoCorp extremely disappointed with the service at Shiva Motors, Ballabgarh. Not only was the service subpar, but the manager's behavior was highly inappropriate. This is not what we expect from a reputed brand. Urgently need action!
