Based on their term of service no rules were violated! Our community knows we have been using Paypal on Kappamon since 2018 with no issue!

@KynokuTTV @AskPayPal Yes for security purposes they cannot reveal why or else actual offenders will know how they detect fraud and bypass detection.

Either way yea I wish their automated system was a bit more flexible!

@AntraxoTV @AskPayPal Sorry to hear that! The reason they can't tell you why is because they are afraid it would allow the actual fraudulent accounts to find out how to avoid being targeted.

@AskPayPal Update on the situation: After calling PayPal they told me to submit a full appeal with evidence and reasoning as to why we did not break any of their terms of service. Which I did with screenshots and everything only to be met with this auto-reply that I already received before!
