1. At 8:11pm an order was placed for Misal pavand few other food items, the order was delivered at 9:03pm, around 50mins delivery fine.

2. The received deliver had Misal missing. It took literally 40mins just to make ur chat agent understand that a refund of 50INR is of no use.
