Mutoni brings over 16 years of experience designing and leading communications initiatives across the World Bank Group and other complex global organizations. He has a proven track record of supporting senior executives with messaging strategy, thought leadership, executive narratives, stakeholder engagement, and corporate communications.
Most recently, Mutoni served as the Managing Editor of the World Bank Group intranet homepage. His expertise lies in translating complex institutional priorities into clear, compelling stories that strengthen organizational alignment, amplify executive voice, and build credibility with diverse audiences. A Rwandan national, Mutoni holds an MBA as well as a bachelor’s degree in film studies and political science from Boston College.
