@SouthwestAir Hi, I am having problems with your site. It won’t let me login into my RR acct. I tried to purchase a flight and it let me go through when using $ but not when paying with points. I also want to use my LUV voucher. Pls help!!

@SouthwestAir I can’t even reset my password and let them change my password and book for me without giving them access to my email account either. You should be able to do certain things on the site out of the country. Very frustrating

@SouthwestAir It won’t let me go through with the password change process. I am in Thailand so I’m not sure if the issue is occuring because I am out of the US. I get same error when I try to use the app.
