Co-founder of new soc biz @cookforgood_uk building communities and connections through food. Co-founder @Timewise_UK working for a fairer #FlexibleJobsMarket
As you may know, I’ve co-founded a new social business, @cookforgood_uk, which brings businesses and communities together through food, for the benefit of both. Here’s the story of how we got here, the impact we’re hoping to make, and how you can help us. https://t.co/JDCepM6eYj
Very excited to announce that our new cookbook launches today. SOUP FOR GOOD is a stunning collection of soups in time for soup season with all proceeds going to food insecurity and social isolation. Great gift for yourself or others.

Me on @BBCWomensHour this morning on why it’s imperative employers who are open to flex SAY SO in their job vacancies otherwise they may miss out on attracting candidates who need it but don’t feel there is an open door to ask
Fancy a team night out that also helps people in need? We believe food tastes all the better when you know it's creating #socialimpact... and with Dine for Good, we do it in style. Now taking booking for festive dinners; why not spend your budget with a community, not a company?
Sooooo excited to announce the first Cook for Good Supper Club at our new kitchen in Kings Cross on 14th June. Our host for the evening is Britain's best Celebrity Home Cook @edballs. More details at https://t.co/9hGQyNHXCA
We welcome @louise_winmill, senior partner @Portland + former Power Lister to our @Timewise Board, as we continue to advise employers on what good flexible working looks like, aim to increase rates of UK flexible hiring & to build fairer flexible futures. https://t.co/1vXyVOCLQo

Who are the people who help your organisation go the extra mile? At Cook for Good, we know our Pantry wouldn’t be the place it is without our brilliant community volunteers. So to Mary, Clifford, Shantelle, Ayse and Bola, THANK YOU for helping us help the community.
@cookforgood_uk@healx so great to hear such good feedback and thank you so much to @healx for supporting our mission and the @cookforgood_uk community pantry through your team build
The Cook for Good Pantry is more than a low-cost food shop; it's part of the community hub we're building on the @PeabodyLDN Priory Green estate, largely funded by our brilliant, cooking-based corporate teambuilding events. Come and cook with us!

With the £20 universal credit uplift being phased out from today, initiatives like the Cook for Good Pantry, on the @PeabodyLDN Priory Green estate, will be more critical than ever. https://t.co/SbwDxBQuno
All our work, including the Pantry, is largely funded by our corporate events – we’re currently booking for in person Cook for Good @ Christmas and would love to invite you in. Message me if you’d like to know more.
So excited that the Cook for Good Pantry is now up and running; it’s been great to meet the Priory Green residents and help them stock up their cupboards and fridges. And with costs rising, and benefits being cut, there’s never been a better time for hands on support.
WE’RE OPEN! The Cook for Good Pantry is now up and running. Members pay just £3.50 a week to come in and shop for a basket of food worth between £15 and £25.
The Pantry is supported by @felixprojectuk and is a brilliant way to help tackle social isolation and food poverty.
