@Dyson@jannes Wow @Dyson you definitely don’t provide the service I expect from a premium brand. My order is still pending as of Monday and the @AskDyson doesn’t reply to my DM. Called you at 16.40, after 18mins it is answered by accident and I hear people laughing and chatting (1/2)
@Dyson Why is it impossible to reach your customer care? No chat on the web, call center closed while it should be open from 8-20, no DM-reply and no order updates 😐
