@united You need to fix the “wait estimator”. Yesterday it said 20m, I waited an hour. Today it said 5, I waited 37m. Just needed 1 question answered … in that time the upgrade cost jumped almost $200…. And once again determined that PlusPoints are pretty much worthless…
