Once again, the CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE has underestimated The MMTLP Army. They gave us time and we persisted. Information slipped through their fingers.
Less than 1% of all MMTLP-related FOIA requests have been granted. The real question... "What are they refusing to show us???
Despite the interference, that infinitesimal response rate has delivered substantial information with far-reaching implications.
💥FINRA had 3 investigative committees with their SEC counterparts who were aware of and suspected potential fraud in the trading of MMTLP (14 months), yet failed to protect investors.
💥FINRA failed to apply Rule 6490, released a manipulated corporate action, but only after pulling the trading data (bluesheets). Three days later (an two days before the scheduled end of trading), they halted trading of MMTLP, citing an "extraordinary even" and concerns over "the settlement and clearance process."
💥According to a source at the SEC FOIA office, after that release was made public on X (THANK GOD for @elonmusk), SEC held an EMERGENCY MEETING to quash MMTLP-related FOIA requests. It was more than a year before meaningful FOIA requests were granted....A YEAR!!!
💥Former SEC Chairman Gensler's deleted text messages??? We got them. After the OIG claimed they had already been deleted. You're welcome DOJ.
💥SEC operatives were planting deflective narratives and front-running Congressional Hearings which interfered in the Congressional Investigation into MMTLP.
💥SEC's Ombudsman and its FOIA contractor C2 Alaska directed investors to address their "tsunami of complaints" about FINRA back to FINRA itself, sidestepping their regulatory oversight role.
💥OTC Market CEO Cromwell Coulson contacting Gary Gensler prior to his interview with David Lauer, giving him warnings and talking points regarding the trading/halt of MMTLP.
💥FINRA and SEC coordinating before during and after MMTLP's trading halt.
💥FINRA and SEC communicating prior to the release of FINRA's historic MMTLP FAQ.
💥SMOKING GUN: Disclosed emails and meetings between SEC officials, including Erik Gerding and David Saltiel, and Howard Meyerson of the Financial Information Forum, in which FIF lobbied to influence the review of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons' Subscription Rights registration by claiming the FINRA trading halt created UNRECOVERABLE LOANED SHARES, contradicting official assertions that no such damages occurred.
