Is it ok that you wait in all aft & the fitter fitting your blinds doesn’t turn up? No explanation Is it ok that when you complain (which is hard to do btw) you get a response eventually saying they’ll get back to you in 72 hours - it’s now 8 days later still waiting!

Why does DHL give you the option to change the date of your parcel being delivered then deliver it anyway?
Is it ok for them to leave your parcel on your driveway & record the parcel as being received by the addressee?

2/ before the text with the code is a scam warning to say do not share with anyone - I tell them this each time & they try to persuade me it doesn’t mean them just anyone else. Today the scammer put the phone down on me saying I was wasting her time 🤣😂🤣😂 #O2scammers

1/ I can’t even count the number of times ‘02’ have rung Tony & I over the last 6 months to offer a fabulous discount! usually it’s 50% today a disappointing 20% - they then send a code which they want to implement the discount 🤔 #O2scammers

@O2 Im fed up of the scam calls I keep getting. Caller pretends to be from O2 to give a discount they send a code which they want. This time they even warned me I’d get an initial text telling me not to share the code with anyone except them. What are O2 doing about this?? #SCAM

Very poor Customer Service at Amazon - they make it very difficult to get through to speak to them. They sent me the wrong item twice but insist I have to go 3 miles to the post office to return the items after initially telling me to keep the 1st item. #nocustomerserviceAmazon
