@AAA_Cares, Because of the illegal and unannounced cancellation of the policy conducted in the past several times by AAA, this matter has risen.

Now is adamant on extorting maximum amount by charging late fees to me for long time they took attempting to resolve.

@AAA_Travel AAA has been horrible. I have AAA membership and they have increased the insurance quote by almost 100%. (2 times in Nov 2024). Without asking me or notifying the canceled my membership and created laps intentionally to charge more.

@AAACares AAA Renters Insurance is so horrible. They haven't resolved the issue since 6 months. (Nov of 2024). Executive leadership is extremely rude. Court and renewals have doubled for no apparent reason..All this causing stress/anxiety. AAA should be held responsible !

@AAATexas Horrible insurance agency. Have been trying to resolve the issues since November 2024 and 6-month have passed by and they haven't resolved. Agents are extremely rude and bullying loyal customers.

@AAA_Travel AAA membership does not get any kind of additional travel perks as compared to online research. The online meeting is low enough and AAA cannot beat it.

@AAA_Travel I have contacted the AAA executive office and they are extremely rude and unhelpful..(forcing to charge double the quote)..I will be following up with complains to Texas department of Insurance and the Federal department of insurance.
