They just asked indirectly asked me to 'deal with it' because they 'made the delivery on the doorstep'. The main gate facing the road was locked. The delivery person should've left it on the road by this definition. Their support sucks. That was the last order I'll be placing.

@myntra's @MyntraSupport is extremely incompetent and rude.
I ordered 2 sunglasses during EORS 2023. Myntra told me I would get it on June 14th, 2023.
I wasn't home on Sunday, June 11th. Neither were my neighbors. I got a notification from Myntra that it was delivered.

They said they will somehow re-open the complaint and lodge a new ticket. I waited another week and contacted them today. They said they cannot do anything now because 'Myntra is unable to re-open the complaint'.
