It has been more than a week and I have not received any response on X or Instagram regarding my refund issue.

H&M claimed they received a different item & reshipped a wall clock. Multiple emails sent with evidence, but no refund. Even after showing all proof, they say "case closed". @hm@hmindia
I ordered a cap from H&M (Order ID: 44082217882). Not satisfied, so | returned it following H&M's official return process. Delivery & warehouse confirmed they received the ORIGINAL product. I have all proofs.@hm@hmindia
