When will you process my ₹845 refund? I’ve shared my UPI ID 6–7 times, yet there’s no refund and no proper response. I raised the complaint again, but still no resolution. How many times do I need to follow up for my own money? Resolve this ASAP.

They agree to refund my amount but after that no reply at all
I urge everyone to not use OLA for cabs. They are fooling and looting people
