No its not the "same problem as Ethereum".
Igra is a based rollup. Sequencing is done by Kaspa BlockDAG, there is no Igra sequencer to censor or extract MEV. Ethereum L2s have centralized sequencers operated by their teams. Igra don't.
If Igra node operator censor a transaction, any user can post it directly to Kaspa L1 and every node must include it.
