@mattcolville I’m a firm believer that a DM should never tell a player “no”, unless it is outright rule/mechanic breaking.

I feel like the player should either be asked for a roll to determine how coherently they express the thought, or how easily it is dismissed as “oh don’t listen to them”

@calloussss I have my mixamp just plugged into the Xbox, and it’s sending game audio to my headset and PC. I did need to get the new mixamp and retire my Gen1.

Does connecting your PC audio to the mixamp not work? 🤔

@HuNteR_Jjx Something overall just doesn’t seem right with the rank system as a whole.

I think CSR is (could?) be better than 1-50 as a system, but there’s something behind the scenes that isn’t shown player side (or bugged) that makes it feel bad.

@Unyshek Are there plans/discussions to have more than one ranked playlist? I’m hopeful we’ll eventually have a ranked FFA, Slayer, Doubles, and HCS (the current) playlists, in addition to social versions like Halo 3.

@Unyshek The person who offered me my first job, I actually met when we randomly got matched in a game of Team Slayer in Halo 3. We became friends and after school, when I had nothing to my name, he helped kick start my adult life. I wouldn’t be where I am now without Halo.

@VETOED @HiddenXperia If it’s supplemental, than yes, 100%. Part of the fun of the H3 grind was get 50 -> get general -> get 5star -> get it per playlist.

I might’ve had the wrong expectation of “these ideas are to fix” when it was meant to enhance.
