@holland_barrett @Vicsmith15 I've complained twice, the first time 3 April, and not had any replies. I received a refund relating to one issue but I'm not impressed at all. I appreciate you're unusually busy atm but maybe you need to limit orders etc to ensure good customer service is still provided.
