for your customers and how they may feel receiving an email telling them they suddenly have to find over £500 extra a month, in an economically turbulent time is disappointing and frustrating. I’d appreciated a response asap. I just can’t see a way I’ll get to speak to someone!
Hey @OVOEnergy! I have tried since Friday to talk to someone re my alarming email received about you increasing my monthly Direct Debit to over £700!!
I have been told there are no agents available,told twice you’ve closed early and then just now been on hold to online chat
for hours only to be left hanging and told I was being put through to the DD collections team and then just got left there hanging on.
This is an unacceptable level of customer service and not only is the amount you are now requesting outrageous, your lack of consideration
