@NationalRailCom What I witnessed yesterday at @NationalRailCom front desk @BirminghamNewSt during my 4hr delay due to 3 cancelled trains leaves a lot to be desired!!!!I am heartbroken at the way a vunrable old man was treated after being taken unwell. Shame on you. All. No compassion.
