Have heard nothing yet from @kiwicom247 despite sending all evidence of inadequate service 3 times! Paid baggage charge to kiwi but was doubled charged by @Ryanair at airport as @kiwicom247 did not transfer payment onto boarding card #badcustomerservice

I have already applied for a refund including my Ryanair extra baggage receipt plus page two of kiwi ebooking! Need acknowledgment asap

@kiwicom247 need to review how they “talk” to Ryanair boarding card process. On page two of my ebooking with kiwi it clearly states I paid the 10kg but at Dublin airport I was charged! Very poor service!

Thank you for your reply. I would like kiwi to clearly state they did not include my payment for the 10kg baggage on the Ryanair boarding card. At Dublin airport on 7 Jan the check in assistant said I had not paid for my 10kg bag so I had to pay a charge!

Very frustrated with @Disney @DisneyParks @Disneyland #poorcustomerservice Bought 4 tickets on 18 June, money taken from account but email said transaction failed! Numbers emails and calls to customer ticket helpline but impersonal & generated response email #badforbusiness
