@asda @AsdaServiceTeam Nothing short of absolutely shocking Customer Service today. I’ve been in a queue, trying to contact your Customer Support 2 times today. First and second attempts you hung up my call at 50 plus minutes on both occasions. Absolutely rubbish!

@Matalan Hi for some reason I can’t send a direct message?!! My order number is 570691182. Please can you reply to me by DM & then hopefully I’ll be able to reply from that. Otherwise can you provide a customer services number please?

[Kate Pollard @KatePollard10]

@Matalan I returned an order to your Tamworth store on Friday 12th April, it was an online order but I returned it to store. They processed the refund through customer services, they told me my refund would be in my account within 10 days. I still haven’t received my refund!

Our thoughts remain with the family and loved ones of Wayne Brown, our Chief Fire Officer.

Hundreds attended his funeral today at @SouthwarkCathed - friends and colleagues from @LondonFire, WMFS and Wayne's vast network.

The service was also relayed to @IntheBullRing.

@Regina_Martin OMG! This is just so wrong!!!!

🌃💧 Be very careful of any winter walks near water. Avoid waterside paths in the dark to stay safe. Especially if you're out walking pets.
