@RoyalMail I just received ‘proof of delivery’ from one of your staff. It alleges that I signed for a parcel. I did not sign for it, I was upstairs and no one knocked on the door. So my signature was forged. Is this common practice? 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
