@houseoffraser hi, can you help me understand why I’ve paid £4.99 to return an item I bought online and then had a further £4.99 taken off of my full refund amount? In total I’ll have spent £15 on postage and returning a dress that ended up to big for me which seems wild.

@bt_uk hey! We returned a hub a month ago & today we’ve been told you’ve not got it and you want to charge us £50… luckily for us we have our postage receipt and it shows that it was delivered to your Scottish parcel hub successfully. How do we go about getting this sorted?!

@RoyalMailHelp like it’s actually beyond infuriating. I selected a different delivery day bc I knew I wouldn’t be in. That was just ignored & you tried to deliver it anyway, funnily enough I wasn’t there so I try to rebook & nothing, no help either just a damn chatbot.

@RoyalMailHelp my fave thing about the Norwich RM, tried three times to organise redelivery and nothing, my parcel just sat there. It’s been sent back to the sender, cool cool RM, not like I didn’t want it. Why is Norwich so bad? Oh and your App is truly truly awful.

@SkyHelpTeam my mum got charged over £500 early exit fee today. Despite two previous phone calls (and confirmation this is not correct) & a promise all was cancelled. I’m not sure what’s going on with your systems but my god, you need to sort it out asap.

@TicketmasterUK I don’t understand how in this day and age bands/festivals still use the terrible platform that is ticketmaster. I think it’s time for a revolt bc this is bullshit.
