@Marriott , you’re really charging $1300 for a standard room at patriot place the night of the @taylorswift13 concert?? That seems a little excessive, especially when the same room is only $190 a week from now, when the patriots have a home game

Shout out to Maria, the @Delta agent at gate 17 in @BostonLogan . She did a GREAT job dealing with everyone when delta wouldn’t/couldn’t give us any info about our flights.

@Delta Any sort of update would be great, especially since you can contact passengers outside of the app. Your gate staff has been great, but they also don’t know anything, making this process pretty terrible. (2/2)
