It actually takes time and some hard work. Especially depending on how you grew up. I know first hand how difficult it can be. I was raised in an extremely poverty stricken household with all kind of abuse and alcoholism.

Everything from your environment, traumatic situations, and losing people can affect how the mind responds to reality.

Here are some things that helped me that I hope can be useful to you:

1. Intentionally shape your mental environment:

The mind cannot tell the difference between what’s real or not. This is why imagination is very important. If you keep replaying worries and old negative experiences, your mind will take those memories as things that are being experienced in the present. It’s literally like reliving those bad experiences over and over and over again.

Shape your mental environment by trying to ONLY consuming things that are beneficial: books, movies, etc. The asymmetric effect of this cannot be overstated. There’s literally no downside but only exponential upsides from doing this. After a while, your mind will start organizing its home with the information you consume.

2. Intentionally shape your physical environment:

Remove people who don’t bring laughter, positivity and good times. If they constantly bring up past things and things which can trigger your worry, limit the time you spent with them.

3. Awareness and Gratitude:

Try practicing awareness throughout the day. Instead of thinking about things, get in the present moment and watch yourself do things live. Shift your attention to what’s happening now and just watch yourself in a detached way.

Also be grateful for the simplest things in life. The more gratitude you have the less you worry or ruminate. Those things cannot live in an environment of gratitude.

4. Do things you actually love: Sit down and reflect on the things you loved doing as a kid, before the responsibilities. Really dig into it. This can be puzzles, drawing, playing outside, etc.

Do things you actually love. Not what society forces you to love for the sake of validation. This can even be traveling more, getting into weird hobbies.

5. Workout: Get active and get the body moving. Working out is therapeutic and natural medicine for the body and mind.

These things helped me out a lot. There’s so many ways to get out of that rut but I know for a fact these are effective.

* It was you who refused to attend the National Prayer Breakfast, but hastened to host an Islamic prayer breakfast at the White House
* It was you who ordered Georgetown Univ. and Notre Dame to shroud all vestiges of Jesus Christ BEFORE you would agree to go there to speak, but in contrast, you have NEVER requested the mosques you have visited to adjust their decor.
* It was you who appointed anti-Christian fanatics to your Czar Corps.
* It was you who appointed rabid Islamists to Homeland Security.

* It is you who has refused to speak-out concerning the horrific executions of women throughout the Muslim culture, but yet, have submitted Arizona to the UN for investigation of hypothetical human-rights abuses.
* It was you who when queried in India refused to acknowledge the true extent of radical global Jihadists, and instead profusely praised Islam in a country that is 82% Hindu and the victim of numerous Islamic terrorists assaults.
* It was you who funneled $900 Million in U.S. taxpayer dollars to Hamas.
* It was you who ordered the United States Postal Service to honor the MUSLIM holiday with a new commemorative stamp.
* It was you who directed our UK Embassy to conduct outreach to help "empower" the British Muslim community.
* It was you who funded mandatory Arabic language and culture studies in Grammar schools across our country.
* It is you who follows the Muslim custom of not wearing any form of jewelry during Ramadan.
* It is you who departs for Hawaii over the Christmas season so as to avoid past criticism for NOT participating in seasonal White House religious events.
* It was you who was uncharacteristically quick to join the chorus of the Muslim Brotherhood to depose Egypt's Hosni Mubarak, formerly America's strongest ally in North Africa; but, remain muted in your non-response to the Brotherhood led slaughter of Egyptian Christians.
* It was you who appointed your chief adviser, Valerie Jarrett, an Iranian, who is a member of the Muslim Sisterhood, an off-shoot of the Muslim Brotherhood.
It was you the whole time who ushered in this mess we are in!

After the mainstream media relentlessly badgered the Vice President and criticized the DOJ’s new 1.8 billion dollar anti weaponization fund, our White House Correspondent @CaraCastronuova pushed back against their fake narrative.

YES, even “violent” offenders deserve due process and have Constitutional God given rights, which the J6ers received none of. The vast majority were non-violent peaceful protesters redressing their grievances, and the few violent offenders at worst hit a police shield with a stick or something else that was laying around, threw a water bottle at a cop, or punched one in the face in SELF DEFENSE. Furthermore, some were defending women and others from being attacked by J6 police violence.

For these said “violent” crimes, mostly of passion after they recognized what they believed to be a stolen election, there men were kept in pretrial detention, left in solitary confinement for years like animals in cages, had little access for their attorneys or Brady evidence. They were demonized as Domestic terrorists and White supremacists (some not even White!) publicly by the mainstream media (including the weak conservative channels and phony pundits), the Biden Regime, D.C. Judges AND the Kangaroo Congress’ J6 Unselect Committee Hearings. This made it impossible for a jury in D.C to be impartial during their trials which had a 99% conviction rate.

Some received decades long sentences that if it was an Antifa rioter or leftist they would have received community service at worst.

Furthermore…

There is legal precedent for such a Fund, most notably the “Keepseagle” case where the Obama Administration created a $760 million fund to redress various claims alleging racism against the federal government over a period of decades.

In Keepseagle, hundreds of millions of dollars remaining in the fund were distributed to non-profits and NGOs that never made claims, whereas any money remaining in The Anti-Weaponization Fund will revert to the federal government. The Obama DOJ settled by putting $680 million from the judgment fund into a bank account for a single claims administrator to dole out. In Keepseagle the remaining money—which ended up being over $300 million—was distributed to the entities that had not even submitted claims.

But the mainstream media never complained about that.

Nor would they complain if Democrat admistration awarded billions to illegals or BLM rioters.

18-year-old Nikita Casap from Wisconsin was found guilty three months ago of murdering his parents to steal their money for his plan to assassinate President Trump.

He left their bodies to rot in the house for weeks. Then he fled across the country, bought drones and explosives, wrote a manifesto, and shared his plans with others, including a Russian speaker, to kill the president and overthrow the US government.

Just another normal kid who was a perfect student in school that got radicalized.
