@AirCanada pls have your team prioritize people in lost baggage who are going to miss their rebooked flights. I am very happy to see that the elderly folks near me in line received attention at least but I’m going to miss another flight because there isn’t a any prioritization 🙏🏼

Update 2: another @AirCanada employee came and told us that we should call the airline. I clarified not using the pay phones, using our cells (I’ve been on hold for :25 min already). His response: no you should use these pay phones 😬 @CTVMontreal @CTVNews

@2stroketony @AirCanada @CTVMontreal @CTVNews Sure am. I left baltimore at 10am yesterday went to #Toronto, then left for a 1 hr flight to #Montreal (on way to Paris) and got delayed on the tarmac and then coming in. Paris flight got pushed back 4/5x and finally cancelled at 2:45am.

@AirCanada there is no process to expedite bags for passengers with international flights or upcoming connections. Yesterday most flights weren’t cancelled until passengers had arrived flooding the airport with people who could have stayed home. @AirCanada @CTVNews @CTVMontreal

In Montreal @AirCanada is sending passengers to a baggage service area to wait in line for an hour, they’re told to go to a set of three phones on the wall and they ring until they disconnect. My flight was cancelled at 2:45am and I have no access to my bag @CTVMontreal @CTVNews
