@ChuckRocha I lived in McAllen in the 2000s. Doggett was our rep. He never came to the Valley, never met our needs. I’m not just talking about border security, I’m talking about services, economic opportunity, infrastructure. He’s part of why the Valley moved right. Good riddance.

@kate_p45 No, his responsibility is to keep the economy growing and minimize inflation. Those are opposite goals. If he lowers interest rates it will increase inflation really fast.
