@Airbnb_uk 2/2 to refund me. However whilst filling out the reservation it specifically says no payment details will be processed until the host accepts, it wasn’t accepted yet the payment was still processed and I’m having to wait 7 days, how can I get this sorted quicker?

Although you do need to first speak to the head and make her aware of your circumstances she may change her mind and withdraw the fine #dontholdyourbreaththo
