@IJGConline Hello. As a survivor of a radical vulvectomy, I find it most embarrassing when I hear a gynaecologist refer to the vulva as the "skin around the vagina." Is there clause that gynaecologist aren't encouraged to use correct terminology and that a vulva is NOT a vagina
30 years lobbying as a survivor of a radical vulvectomy the vulva is becoming more acceptable and that it is not a vagina. I heard a professional call it recently the skin around the vagina. Oooohh please can't we progress with this stigma. X Kath Mazzella OAM
