Every cadaver represents a profound gift of trust, learning, and selfless contribution to medical science. They deserve the highest standards of respect, dignity, and gratitude.

Any act that insults, demeans, or disrespects a cadaver is not merely inappropriate—it is reprehensible. It is an affront to the values of medicine, to the spirit of education, and to the individuals and families who made this extraordinary contribution.

As members of the medical fraternity and as a society, we must uphold the sanctity and dignity of those who continue to teach us, even after death.

Here are the must-know key points from @RahulGandhi’s speech:

1. Congress will absorb criticism to keep INDIA united

Rahul Gandhi says Congress is willing to "swallow poison" like Shiva, meaning it will accept criticism, humiliation and attacks from allies if that helps keep the alliance together.

2. Congress sees its role as the glue of the alliance

He argues that Congress has a different responsibility: not to fight allies, but to unite them with love, patience and affection.

3. Congress is not just a party, but a "resistance movement"

He says Congress was born before the Indian state existed, as a resistance movement, and its core purpose is to defend the idea that all Indians are equal.

4. No compromise with BJP-RSS
One of the strongest lines:

We will "die" before compromising with the BJP or RSS. He frames the fight as ideological and existential, not just electoral.

5. Old political tools will no longer work

He warns allies that normal electoral politics, caste arithmetic, state-level strategies and traditional political instruments worked only when institutions were neutral. The neutrality no longer exists.

6. The Indian state has been captured

He says BJP-RSS controls institutions, legal system, bureaucracy, intelligence agencies, Election Commission, media and social media, and therefore opposition parties cannot assume free and fair conditions.

7. 2024 was not lost politically

The opposition "won" the 2024 election in terms of public mood and mandate, but the system was manipulated against them.

8. The next election is not the real challenge

He says the next election is already politically won because of public anger. The real challenge is ensuring that the election is free and fair.

9. Elections are being stolen

He directly tells allies to remove doubt from their minds and accept that elections are being stolen. He cites states like Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Haryana and Maharashtra as examples of what he has seen.

10. Social media is not fair either

He says opposition accounts are suppressed and BJP's online dominance is not organic. The entire digital architecture, according to him, is tilted to protect the ruling government.

11. Resistance is the only answer

The central message: when institutions fail, resistance works. He says resistance does not need bureaucracy, media, agencies or political architecture, it needs courage and moral clarity.

12. Resistance must become daily political practice

He gives examples: CBSE, NEET, Great Nicobar, Bharat Jodo Yatra. The idea is that every issue must become a site of resistance.

13. This is bigger than politics

He frames the struggle as a spiritual and moral duty, not merely an electoral project. He says he is ready to bear any humiliation to keep the alliance together.

14. Opposition unity does not mean fake harmony

He says allies will have local fights and contradictions, but on defending the idea of India, everyone will come together. Unity does not require pretending there are no differences.

15. BJP wants to project the opposition as weak

He says the narrative that INDIA is divided, depressed or uncoordinated is a BJP-created story, and the alliance must stop internalising it.

16. The alliance must believe it can win

He says the first battle is psychological. In 2024, very few believed BJP could be defeated. Now, everyone must start with the belief that BJP can and will fall.

17. Final message: stand together and resist

His closing argument is simple: if the INDIA alliance stands together and resists consistently, BJP can be defeated state after state, election after election, whether it cheats or not.

कसुम्पटी विधानसभा क्षेत्र के पहाड़ी और दूरदराज़ इलाकों की आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए क्षेत्र में सड़क निर्माण और रखरखाव को निरंतर प्राथमिकता दी गई ��ै। FRA Act के तहत मिलने वाली मंजूरी एक महत्वपूर्ण औपचारिक प्रक्रिया होती है। किसी गांव या पंचायत में प्रस्तावित सड़क का कार्य कितनी शीघ्रता से शुरू होगा, यह FRA सहित अन्य आवश्यक औपचारिकताओं के पूरा होने पर निर्भर करता है।

निश्चित रूप से अभी कई कार्य शेष हैं, क्योंकि पहाड़ों में विकास की राह समय और धैर्य मांगती है। जब तक क्षेत्र का हर गांव सड़क सुविधा से नहीं जुड़ जाता, तब तक यह मुहिम निरंतर जारी रहेगी।

⦁ मतदाता सूची में उम्मीदवार का क्रमांक
⦁ उम्मीदवार का फोन नंबर, ई-मेल आदि जानकारियां
⦁ PAN और इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न की जानकारी
⦁ संपत्ति और अन्य चीजों का विवरण

लेकिन वो बिंदु जिन पर ये सारी बातें शुरू हुईं, वो हैं 👇

⦿ उम्मीदवार के खिलाफ लंबित आपराधिक मामलों का विवरण
⦿ उन मामलों का विवरण जिसमें उसे किसी दंडनीय अपराध के लिए दोषी ठहराया गया हो

मैंने फॉर्म 26 में यही जानकारी दी कि मुझ पर ऐसा क���छ भी लागू नहीं है... क्योंकि मुझ पर एक लीगल नोटिस है, जिसका अदालत ने संज्ञान तक नहीं लिया है।

ऐसी जानकारी देने के लिए फॉर्म 26 में कोई कॉलम नहीं था, जिसमें कहा गया हो कि आपको प्राइवेट कंप्लेंट की भी जानकारी देनी होगी।

अगर ऐसा कोई कॉलम होता, तो हम ये सूचना जरूर देते।

ये बिल्कुल साफ है- न फॉर्म में कोई कमी थी और न ही मांगी गई कोई जानकारी छिपाई गई। जो भी जानकारी मांगी गई, वो फॉर्म 26 के तहत दी गई।

भारतीय राजनीति में ये पहला मामला है, जिसमें राज्यसभा उम्मीदवार का नामांकन निरस्त किया गया है और ये देश में चर्चा का विषय है।

आज मध्य प्रदेश के हमारे विधायक यहां मौजूद हैं और निर्दलीय विधायक भी हमारे साथ हैं।

हमारे यहां राज्यसभा चुनाव को लेकर जो उत्साह और एकजुटता थी, उससे नरेंद्र मोदी और मध्य प्रदेश में BJP का पूरा नेतृत्व भयभीत हो गया।
